• 2 cups cooked Quinoa (see Quinoa Recipe)
  • 4-8oz Goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 4-6 basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste



Mix quinoa, goat cheese, craisins, and basil in bowl.  Add a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.  Let sit for an hour or more then enjoy!
