4 cups shredded carrots

1 cup raisins -more or less to taste

1/4 cup mayo

2 tablespoons sugar

2-3 tablespoons milk



  1. Place carrots and raisins in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and enough milk to achieve dressing consistency.
  3. Pour over carrot mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
