•  3-4 cans tuna with juice
  • 1 box stove top – savory, corn bread or chicken
  • Optional- Chopped celery, Chopped onion, red chilis, mayo, egg




Mix tuna with stove top and any other ingredients you want to add.  Let sit for 20 min or more.  If too dry add mayo or egg, if too wet add flour

Roll into balls and flatten into patties.  Roll patties in flour and fry in skillet with a 1/4″ of oil.
