This recipe is so quick and easy, but you have to plan ahead and have the McCormick White Chicken Chili seasoning on hand.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil

1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1/2″ cubes ( or use leftover chicken)

1 package McCormick white chicken chili seasoning mix

1 cup water

1 can (15oz) white beans

Optional toppings- shredded cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream, tortilla chips, cilantro

 

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with desired toppings.
