From the Emerson Bar in Reno, NV

Mix together:

1 oz Creme de Cocoa

1 oz creme de mint

1 scoop of ice cream

chocolate sauce

Mix all ingredients in blender. Swirl chocolate sauce around glass and then add mixture.
