6 egg yolks

Whisk together in bowl, set aside

Heat: (to a simmer, do not boil)

1 c heavy cream

2 cups milk

1 tsp nutmeg

½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Slowly mix heated cream mixture into egg mixture, whisking continuously


½ c Bourbon

¼ c Amaretto

Chill a few hours

Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top
