Grandma Mabel Stotts used to make a few versions of this recipe but this is one of my favorites


  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 5 1/4 ounces packages miniature marshmallows


  1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix.
  2. Fold in thawed whipped topping and marshmallows until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
  4. Cooking time is chill time.
