• 6 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Onion
  •  ½-1 Bunch of Cilantro
  •  1 Jalapeno- jarred or fresh
  • Salt
  • White Vinegar or lime juice
  • 2-4 Avocadoes


Chop tomatoes, onion and cilantro very fine.  (You can deseed tomatoes) Deseed and dice jalapeno. Add salt (don’t be shy- too much is better)  Add vinegar and lime juice.  Atleast 6 limes or a few splashes of vinegar.  Stir very well, you should see everything ‘breaking down’. Check salt and vinegar. Cut Avacadoes in half, remove seed, slice then scoop avocado out of peel. Stir again.
