This is a simple pan fried fish to go with wasabi mashed potatoes or soy ginger soba noodles

 Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces white fish (tilapia, cod or any white fish) with no skin
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying

 Directions:

Heat oil in skillet.  In bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.  Roll slightly damp fish in flour mixture until well coated.  Fry fish in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
