These are so quick and easy to make. Make sure that you use a beer that you like because the flavor will be prominent.

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick

1 can of beer

2 TBSP sugar

Steps:

1. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)

2. Mix all ingredients and spoon into muffin cups. I like to wait about 5 minutes to let the dough rest and it will rise a little

3 Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes and serve war.

Notes: You can add in shredded cheese, diced jalapenos or a few splashes of hot sauce but I love them just the way they are
