Ingredients

3 tablespoons Oil

3-5 slices of jalapeno

1 large can of pinto beans

Pepper

 

Directions:

Put oil and jalapenos in sauce pan.  Cook about 2 minutes until very hot.  Carefully add canned pinto beans (it will splatter when liquid hits hot oil). Add pepper to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring and mashing beans occasionally, until desired tenderness.
