Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked Quinoa (see Quinoa Recipe)
- 4-8oz Goat cheese crumbled
- 1 cup craisins
- 4-6 basil leaves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix quinoa, goat cheese, craisins, and basil in bowl. Add a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Let sit for an hour or more then enjoy!
